Why GEMA Pathways
Talent is everywhere. Access to opportunity is not.
Too many people pursuing careers in the professions that build audiences, shape fandom, and drive affinity for entertainment lack access to the knowledge, relationships, resources, and real-world opportunities that can help them move forward.
GEMA Pathways Foundation works to close these gaps through education, mentorship, career development, scholarships, sponsored access to industry experiences, and connections to professionals and employers. Together, these opportunities help people gain the skills, confidence, and relationships needed to enter the field, advance their careers, and lead.
